Internet Spy Hunter 3.0

Spy Hunter monitors and blocks spywares, data spills, web bugs, un-friendly referrers, malicious cookies, advertisements, third party scripts, third party style sheets, third party animations (Shockwave Flash, Audio Clips, video clips and others).

Spy Hunter runs in the system tray and provides a statistical overview of all blocked activity. Unfortunately the program does not allow you to select which items you want blocked, therefore it will interfere with most regular web surfing. It does offer a white list/black list however, allowing you to keep a list of friendly sites and applications. If you are extremely paranoid, you may want to give this one a try.
