Outlook Express Backup supports automatic media spanning and has an automatic backup scheduler. You also can back up your data as a self-executable, standalone EXE file that can be executed on any machine even if Outlook Express Backup is not installed. You can back up multiple identities, message rules, all accounts, preferences, blocked senders, signatures, stationery, your Windows Address Book, Internet Explorer settings, and your Windows Favorites. You also can view e-mail inside the backup file without having to restore it first. Outlook Express Backup supports a wide selection of storage media; it can back up to hard-disk locations, LAN, FTP, CD, DVD, and removable devices. It also gives the user a choice among three backup modes: Normal Backup, Incremental Backup, and Mirror Backup.
