Though it quickly provides helpful information about your PC's hardware, software, and performance, System Analyser works best for older versions of Windows, and is mostly redundant for NT systems such as 2000 and XP. As a DOS program, it doesn't really have an installer, and you launch it via a COM file. The COM file opens a DOS window and runs the program, which analyzes your system and lists system hardware and resources. It uses a typically rough DOS interface, with keyboard commands to navigate its extensive list. We encountered some stability problems on a Windows 2000 system, resulting in a program freeze. If you are troubleshooting older operating systems, System Analyser might make a good diagnostic tool, but people using Windows 2000 and XP won't need it.
Downloading of System Analyser is very simple. Just click on the "Download Now" above.
