Use a hex editor then open your latest save game file h3d SAVEx.ITD where x is the save game slot in the game. Then find the following "Bytes" and change them to FF for each "Item":

19856 - Oil Lamp Fuel
19866 - Rifle Shots
19882 - Health
20024 - Revolver Bullets
