To get bonus plane, press right [CTRL]+[ALT]+[SHIFT] keys before
choosing your plane on the list.
To get bonus items in mission editor, press right [CTRL]+[ALT]+[SHIFT] keys
and click on the Create Pro Mission. Keep holding [CTRL]+[ALT]+[SHIFT] and
click on the OBJECTS menu. There will be one extra page.
