Run game with -dev -toconsole command line parameters (hl.exe -dev -toconsole).
Press [~] to access the console and enter "sv_cheats 1" to enable cheats.
Then, press [~] and enter one of the following codes:
/god -- God mode
/impulse 101 -- All weapons with full ammo
/noclip -- No clipping mode
/notarget -- Opponents ignore character
/sv_gravity [-999 to 999999] -- Adjust gravity
/give [item name] -- Obtain item
/map [map name] -- Map select
/thirdperson -- Third person view
