Run the game with a command line parameter (example forces.exe -allmissions). You can automate this by making a desktop shortcut, right-clicking on it and editing the properties.
-allmissions - All missions
-cheatkeys - Turns on cheat keys
F3 - Invincibility
F4 - One shot kills
